Job Description

Title - Reporting & Research - Assistant Manager The candidate will provide reporting and research support to Growth Market IMU and senior management through several work streams and initiatives such as competitor analysis, buyers profiles, industry analysis, strategic account intelligence, insights for large deals/RFPs, etc. Brief Job Description Manage work timelines and quality of deliverables in collaboration with various stakeholders to understand, refine and manage expectations Collaborating with stakeholders across verticals on reporting, new strategic initiatives and account plans Updating and maintaining data quality in Salesforce (SFDC) Derivation of valuable and actionable insights and strategies via data analysis to facilitate and ensure quality of deliverables Develop insightful and high-quality reports and account plans to communicate actionable findings to internal clients Transform the data collected into meaningful insights using a variety of tools including ppt, pdf among others Job Criteria Education & Experience Postgraduate with minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience Experiences in synthesizing data into actionable information and related implications Strong proficiency with application of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Working Knowledge of secondary databases Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of collection and analysis of complex data sets Team Management experience in Research division of KPO, BPM / BPO, advisory firms, boutique firms is preferred Knowledge in synthesizing data into actionable information and related implications Develop realistic plans, action steps, and timetables for projects and assignments Strong communication skills both written and oral. The role will require developing a good working relationship with stakeholders at all levels Ability to clearly understand the requirements through effective listening, comprehension, and probing skills
