Job Description

Job Description: As a Senior Plant Controller, you will support the preparation of budget and strategic planning figures. You will conduct ad hoc analysis and prepare monthly reports including Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow, and other month-end reports. Your key responsibilities will involve analyzing and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Expenses, Profit, CAPEX, ROS, ROCE, etc. Additionally, you will assist in development and reporting in accordance with MAHLE Group standard. Key Responsibilities: - Support Senior Plant Controller in preparing budget and strategic planning figures - Conduct ad hoc analysis as required - Prepare and report monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, and Cash flow - Analyze and control main KPIs such as Sales, Expenses, Profit, CAPEX, ROS, ROCE, etc. - Assist in development and reporting according to MAHLE Group standard Qualifications Required: - At least 3-5 years of successful experience as a Controller with knowledge of IFRS - Experience as a SAP CO user is essential - Good knowledge of Operational Processes, Cost, and Management accounting is highly desirable - Educational Requirement: Chartered Accountant/ CMA/ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Equivalent with 5-7 years of Experience - Good communication skills in English are a must - Proficiency in MS Excel & Powerpoint is a plus - Ability to learn fast and attention to detail - Strong sense of initiative and excellent team player with self-motivation,
