Job Description

Key Responsibilities

A. Daily Repairs & Complaint Handling

Attend daily repair/service requests from flat owners, site team, or management.
Handle civil repairs (tiles, plaster, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows).
Handle basic electrical repairs (switches, sockets, lighting, wiring checks).
Handle plumbing issues (leakages, blockages, fittings, water supply issues).
Ensure timely closure of complaints with proper documentation.

B. Site Maintenance & Upkeep

Conduct routine inspections of towers, common areas, basement, STP, WTP, pumps, DGs (as applicable).
Monitor the functioning of mechanical & electrical systems.
Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) calendars and coordinate with vendors.
Ensure proper preventive maintenance schedule is followed
