Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist located in Haldwani, with the opportunity to work remotely on certain tasks. The SEO Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as conducting keyword research, analyzing website performance through SEO audits, optimizing on-page content, building quality backlinks, and utilizing web analytics tools to improve search engine rankings. Collaboration with a diverse team and staying updated with the latest SEO trends are integral to this position. Qualifications Experience with Keyword Research and On-Page SEO optimization techniques Strong ability to perform SEO Audits and implement corresponding improvements Proficiency in Link Building strategies to improve domain authority Skilled in using Web Analytics tools to assess and optimize site performance Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms A bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field is preferred Prior experience with SEO in real estate or a related industry would be a plus
