We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer focus. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
A Sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable connecting with existing & potential customers on call & chat, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
•Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
•Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by presenting and demonstrating our products or services effectively.
•Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
•Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
•Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
•Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
•Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
•Atleast 1 year of telecalling sales experience, preferably with technical product
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
•Strong listening and presentation skills.
•Strong negotiation and closing skills.
•Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
•Atleast Graduate ( in any stream )
