Job Description

EXPERIENCE: 4+ years ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for renewal retention. Handling monthly renewals. Ensure that renewals are closed on a timely basis Sharing monthly reports (in required format) with the HOD. Handling renewal related escalations and queries. The Renewal Representative will be responsible for actively engaging clients in pursuit of continued renewal of accounts. Build relationships and negotiate with existing clients, being the go-to account manager for clients and partners. Ensure the accuracy and timely submission of maintenance renewal quotes. Communicate with the Distributor and the OEM and get timely quotes from the them. Demonstrates the ability to personally plan for achievement of performance goals and exceed quota for the assigned work. Maintain accurate forecast and activities for assigned tasks in the CRM. Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Achieve quarterly assigned renewal quotas. Delivering an excellent customer experience while effectively executing renewal plans. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals. Manage exceptions for customers with issues that may delay or inhibit renewals.
