Job Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Manage company emails and forward inquiries to the appropriate department.

Provide customer support and act as the first point of contact for clients and partners.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.

Maintain records of communications and prepare daily call logs/reports.

Support the HR, finance, and operations team with basic administrative tasks.

Ensure smooth communication flow across departments.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).

Pleasant and professional telephone voice.

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service role preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.

Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time, Remote (Work From Home).

Monday to Saturday Business hours.
