Job Description

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence (BI) solutions that transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will be responsible for creating interactive dashboards, writing DAX queries, optimizing data models, and ensuring data accuracy . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI . Build and optimize data models for high-performance reporting. Develop DAX queries and calculations to enhance analytical capabilities. Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs). Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI solutions. Optimize Power BI performance by tuning queries and refining datasets. Implement row-level security (RLS) and data access controls . Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Automate data refresh processes and manage Power BI service deployment. Stay up to date with Power BI updates, best practices, and emerging trends . Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) . Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing complex queries . Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling . Hands-on experience in Power BI Service, Power BI Embedded, and Power BI Report Server . Strong data visualization and storytelling skills. Experience integrating Power BI with Azure Synapse, Data Factory, or Data Lakes . Ability to optimize performance and data refresh schedules in Power BI. Knowledge of Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query) and other BI tools . Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics (preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
