Job Description

Looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team at ManekTech, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts fairly and promptly.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
