Job Description

Client is seeking an experienced Reltio MDM Architect Lead to design, implement, and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Reltio MDM. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to drive MDM adoption and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Architect and lead the implementation of Reltio MDM solutions for Customer, Product, Supplier, and other master data domains. Design data models, entity relationships, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies within Reltio. Configure data ingestion, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment pipelines. Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of the MDM platform. Define and implement data governance policies, workflows, and stewardship frameworks. Establish data quality rules, lineage tracking, and audit controls within Reltio. Work with business and IT stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards. Integrate Reltio MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and BI tools. Develop API-driven data exchanges, batch processing, and real-time integrations using REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures. Implement ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Informatica, Talend, or Apache NiFi. Lead and mentor a team of MDM developers, analysts, and data stewards. Work closely with business analysts, enterprise architects, and data engineers to align MDM solutions with business needs. Provide technical guidance and training on MDM best practices and Reltio platform capabilities. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in MDM architecture, data integration, and data governance. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM (design, configuration, and deployment). Strong expertise in data modeling, entity resolution, hierarchy management, and metadata management. Experience integrating MDM with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.). Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, Java, or similar scripting languages for data processing. Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory). Knowledge of data security, regulatory compliance, and data governance frameworks. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
