Reliability Engineer

Job Description

Roles and Responsibility: Basic understanding of Reliability and Plant Maintenance. Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of equipment. Identify all possible failure modes of equipment. Analysis of failure data from CMMS software. Communicate with Reliability Team and presenting test, results to the Reliability Manager. Imaginative approach of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Experience in value-added preventive maintenance tasks Good Knowledge of Root-Cause Failure Analysis PMO(PM Optimization) Reliability metrics like MTTR, MTBF, etc. Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and techniques Experience with reliability analysis tools and methodologies Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic understanding and knowledge of machinery fundamentals, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blower, compressors etc. Basic understanding and knowledge of electro-mechanical fundamentals.
