Release Management Specialist

As a Release Management Specialist with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and Tosca automation testing, your role will be crucial in managing releases, migrations, and ensuring quality assurance within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all phases of the Release and Change Management process for Oracle Fusion and EBS environments. - Conduct detailed patch analysis, impact assessments, and regression planning for Oracle Fusion Cloud. - Lead Oracle Cloud implementation and migration activities, ensuring successful environment setup, code movement, and system validation. - Design and maintain automation test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca for regression, integration, and UAT testing. - Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts to validate Fusion modules and custom enhancements. - Coordinate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams to plan and execute releases with minimal disruption. - Troubleshoot release issues, resolve deployment conflicts, and perform root cause analysis. - Utilize SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting to support release activities, perform validations, and analyze data. - Manage code repositories and version control using GIT/GitHub. - Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, change control, and quality standards throughout the release process. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: BS/B.Tech or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline. - Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with significant exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS environments. - Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud implementation, configuration, and code migration. - Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation testing. - Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and GIT/GitHub for code management. - Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. In this role, you are expected to have experience managing multi-environment Oracle release pipelines, working knowledge of CI/CD integration for Oracle environments, a strong understanding of testing lifecycle and automation strategy, and familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.,
