Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role): Preparing the reports and presenting to management Stabilization of the IT system and increase the efficiency of the services Creation of framework for the reporting structures Indulge in discussion with relevant areas who are interrelated for the improvements Minimizing the negative impacts on the business Quality and consistency of the reports Authority: Reporting structure Reviewing the reports with different stake holders and persuading for improvements Skills Required: Communication in English Good experience in Presentation and MS project Handon experience on the overall connectivity domain Technical experience on the cloud system and its stages Negotiation and assertive skills Good administrative skills: ability to plan, develop a structure Key Responsibilities &Tasks: Coordinating with the team and internal stake holders for the different cycles during the development phase till the Production phase Prepares regular reports as material for analysis and presentation Presentation of the reports to the various stakeholders like Skoda MB, suppliers and business areas Ensuring the group compliance rules and informing to the relevant stakeholders for the changes to the business areas Create and approve the change request within the defined scope of time and commercials along with certifications / expected requirement.
