Relationship Officer(Field) & Block Development officer Vacancy: 10 Location: Indore Education: Graduate (Any Stream) & 12th Pass (BDE) Experience: 0.6 – 1 Year in BFSI/CASA Sales/Insurance, UPI QR code Salary (Fixed): up to 3 Lakh per annum Key Responsibilities: Visit the market daily to generate leads for Sahayog’s financial schemes. Promote and cross-sell Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit plans. Build strong customer relationships through in-person and telephonic follow-ups. Maintain lead tracker and follow-up schedule. Understand customer needs and pitch suitable investment products. Explain interest rates, maturity values, and documentation requirements. Handle basic queries from customers on savings and deposit benefits. Assist in organising field campaigns and branding activities. Work closely with branch staff to close hot leads. Meet daily and monthly sales and visit targets as assigned.
