Job Title: Bancassurance Relationship Officer Location: Ahmedabad Reports To: Bancassurance Manager / Branch Manager Job Summary: Responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through bank branches, developing strong relationships with bank staff and customers, and achieving assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Drive insurance product sales through assigned bank branches. Build and maintain relationships with bank staff to generate leads and referrals. Provide training and product knowledge to bank employees. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct regular customer meetings to understand their insurance needs. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance/banking preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
