Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Identify potential customers for affordable housing loans from open market and referral channels. Conduct field visits to assess customer creditworthiness and verify documents. Develop relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings. Ensure timely disbursement of funds to approved borrowers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and loan status updates. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in sales or related field (preferably in home loans). Strong understanding of affordable housing finance products such as LAP (Loan Against Property) and Business Loans. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
