Job Purpose To manage customer relationships and drive the sales of banking products and services at the branch level. The Branch Relationship Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, cross-selling financial products, and building long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management Handle walk-in and existing customers at the branch. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail customers. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently within defined timelines. Sales and Revenue Generation Cross-sell and upsell a wide range of banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, term deposits, loans (home, auto, personal), credit cards, insurance, and investment products (mutual funds, etc.).
