Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
Identify cross-sell opportunities for various bank products such as credit cards, insurance, investment products, etc.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients through regular meetings and communication.
Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-7 years of experience in retail branch banking or relationship management.
Strong understanding of HNI client handling and cross selling techniques.
Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with high net worth individuals.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
