Job Title : Relationship manager- Field sales Executive (Existing Clients) Company : Trade India (B2B E-commerce Platform) Location : Noida/Delhi Ncr Job Summary : Trade India, a leading B2B e-commerce platform, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our front-line sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular communication. Sales Calls : Conduct outbound telesales calls to clients to inform them about new services, promotions, and platform features. Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with all products, services, and platform updates to effectively address client queries and provide accurate information. Sales Targets : Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively upselling, cross-selling, and renewing client subscriptions and services. Problem Resolution : Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Data Management : Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs in CRM systems for follow-up and future reference. Collaboration : Work closely with the customer support and marketing teams to ensure client needs are met and sales goals are achieved. Feedback Collection : Gather client feedback and insights to share with the product and development teams for continual improvement of services. Qualifications : Experience : At least 1-2 years of sales , preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
