Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager -Secured Loans located in Mumbai/Pune/Belgaum/across Tamilnadu.The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing strong relationships with DSA/Connectors identifying potential opportunities and clients, and providing tailored financial advice to channel partners . Other day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service. Qualifications Strong relationship management and client service skillsExperience in Small Ticket Loan Against Property / Mortgage .Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the MSME sector and financial productsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in NBFC or banking sectors handling DSA/Connectors is a plus
