Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for
life insurance and general insurance
products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate
insurance solutions
.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales and revenue targets
.
Conduct regular follow-ups for
policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities
.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and post-sales service.
Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with
IRDAI regulations
and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
24 years
of experience in
life / motor / health insurance sales

bancassurance
, or
agency channels
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
