Job Description

Role and Responsibilities : 1. Handling Incoming and outbound calls. 2. Working towards converting the potential clients to our clients by providing them detailed information & solving their queries. 3. Build Relationships with existing as well as future clients 4. Partake in strategizing new initiatives for growing business with a quantifiable end product. 5. Rotational Shifts are limited to only 2 instances in month. For working on any non-working days (weekends or public holidays) as per the team's requirement, a compensatory off for the same will be provided. Criteria for Applying : 1. Have an interest in Financial Markets. Prior Knowledge of the same will act as an advantage 2. Open to learning new things 3. Good communication skills (Languages known: English, Hindi, Marathi, Telegau, Gujarati, etc.) - Any other languages known will provide an edge. 4. Persuasive in nature with good negotiations skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 6. Target Driven/Result Oriented
