1. Sales & Business Development: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by selling Maruti Suzuki cars. Achieve a minimum of 1 car sale in the first month , 3 cars per month from the third month onwards , and maintain an average retail sale of 4+ vehicles per month after six months . Generate leads and inquiries from multiple sources, including: Walk-in customers References Hyperlocal marketing Events and exhibitions Door-to-door (D2D) marketing campaigns Ensure effective follow-ups on inquiries and convert leads into bookings within the shortest possible time . Complete retail transactions within 7 days of the initial inquiry to maximize conversion rates. Drive additional revenue by promoting and selling allied business products such as: Maruti Genuine Accessories (MGA) Extended Warranty (EW) Customer Convenience Package (CCP) Vehicle Exchange programs Maruti Suzuki Smart Finance (MSSF) Follow Auric Motors and Maruti Suzuki guidelines in all sales and customer interactions. 2. Customer Journey & Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer interaction and relationship management . Provide a seamless and satisfying customer experience by ensuring transparency in sales processes. Ensure excellent customer handling and timely resolution of queries and concerns . Maintain high Customer Delight Index (CDI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) . 3. Professional Growth & Performance Evaluation: Start as a Sales Consultant/Service Advisor with a structured growth plan. Undergo a six-month review to assess performance on key parameters such as: System adherence Customer handling & interaction Problem resolution and effective listening skills Sales productivity & achieving assigned targets Customer complaint resolution Labour earning & selling (for service advisors) Vehicle selling & cross-product sales Achieve performance benchmarks to increase earnings through fixed & variable salary components and attractive incentives . Eligible for promotion to Senior Service Advisor/Managerial roles based on consistent performance. 4. Training & Certification: Enroll in Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) certification programs to enhance career growth. Actively participate in skill development and leadership training programs . Develop capabilities to progress from Relationship Manager (RM) to CEO-level roles within the dealership. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets . Maintain an average retail sales of 4+ vehicles per month after six months. Generate and convert leads effectively within a 7-day inquiry-to-retail timeframe . Ensure high customer satisfaction (CDI & NPS scores) . Drive cross-selling of allied products (MGA, EW, CCP, Exchange, MSSF, etc.). Successfully complete MSIL certification programs and in-house training. Growth & Career Path: Start as a Relationship Manager (Sales Executive) Promotion to Senior Service Advisor after 6 months (based on performance) Progress to managerial positions through annual performance evaluations Opportunity to grow into leadership roles, ultimately reaching CEO-level positions within the dealership
