The RM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing expert guidance on business compliance, taxation, and other professional services. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers in understanding IndiaFilings' services and help them with business registration, tax filings, and compliance needs. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to resolve client queries. Guide customers on various business and tax-related processes, ensuring compliance with government regulations. Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery. Achieve monthly sales and service targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant services. Keep track of client interactions and maintain updated records in CRM software. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain business compliance, taxation, and registration services.
