Role & responsibilities This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, sales, and driving business through relationship management in the health insurance industry. Agent Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new health insurance agents and partners. Train agents on health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements. Ensure agents have access to necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Business Development & Sales Growth: Drive the achievement of sales targets through agency channel partners. Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and retention. Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide necessary support for business expansion. Relationship Management & Engagement Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure regular communication. Address concerns, queries, and operational challenges faced by agents. Conduct periodic meetings, training sessions, and motivation programs to improve agent performance.
