As a Relationship Manager (Renewal sales) - Edtech at Codingal, your responsibilities will include: - Retention, renewals, and referrals of students - Engaging and preserving existing customers, cultivating profitable relationships - Interacting with customers via calls and messages - Achieving monthly targets in a performance-driven, competitive environment - Maintaining feedback from parents and ensuring timely action is taken Required skills for this role: - Proficiency in English communication and written skills - Computer Science or technical background preferred - Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales preferred (min 6 months) - Exceptional communicator and influencer, adept at delivering sales pitches and maintaining customer relationships - Result-driven with experience in target-centric jobs - Self-learner with high grasping ability to learn about products & services within 2 days Education: - Bachelor's in the IT field preferred Perks include: - Free Lunch & Dinner - Exposure to a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup - Health Insurance - PF Contribution What we offer: - 4L-6L fixed annual salary + 6 Lakhs of annual incentives (10L-12L CTC depending on experience) - Collaborative, mission-driven team culture - Career growth opportunities Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, India Please note that this is an in-person role, with no remote option available.
