Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Develop new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of products such as Demat accounts, insurance broking, portfolio management services, revenue generation, sales planning, target achievement, open market trading, and new client acquisition. Identify potential customers' needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
