Roles & Responsibilities

Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
based on ANP & case count
Customer Acquisition:
Generate leads through natural market, referrals & orphan database
Client Meetings:
Meet customers to understand requirements & suggest suitable insurance plans
Need-Based Selling:
Provide correct solutions using a structured selling process
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
Convert existing customers for higher revenue
Post-Sales Support:
Handle customer queries & ensure timely policy issuance
Customer Engagement:
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Team Coordination:
Work with supervisors to plan & execute sales strategies
Sales Forecasting:
Create & evaluate innovative sales plans
Database Management:
Maintain and grow customer base for assigned territory
ISMS Compliance:
Follow all data security & company protocols
