Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Moradabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth insurance process. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, understanding their insurance needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout their insurance journey.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
Strong understanding of insurance products and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem-solve and provide timely solutions
Organization and time management skills
