As a Relationship Manager-NRI, you will be responsible for managing and growing our NRI (Non-Resident Indian) customer base and driving sales for our NRI business. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with NRI clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and excellent customer service Identify and acquire new NRI clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI clients and recommend appropriate banking products and services to meet their needs Act as a trusted advisor to NRI clients, providing them with expert guidance on investment opportunities, wealth management, and other financial services Collaborate with internal teams such as product, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services to NRI clients Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive solutions Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the NRI business Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on NRI clients Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients In-depth knowledge of NRI banking products and services, as well as wealth management and investment opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze complex financial information Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Fluency in English and any other regional language is preferred Must be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities If you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and growing business, then we want to hear from you!
