We help individuals and investors find secure and verified agriculture lands with property management services. πŸ”Ά Key Responsibilities: ● Manage end-to-end client interaction for agricultural land inquiries – from initial contact to site visits and final sale closure. ● Build long-term relationships with prospective buyers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate property options. ● Conduct site visits, explain project features and legal documentation clearly to buyers. ● Follow up regularly with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook & Insta Messengers. ● Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth sales and handover process. ● Maintain a database of client interactions and update CRM systems. ● Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with performance-based incentives. πŸ”Ά Skills Required: ● Strong communication and persuasion skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. ● Good understanding of agricultural land buying processes and customer objections. ● Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude. πŸ”Ά Preferred Qualifications: Any Graduate 1–4 years of experience in real estate or land sales (freshers with passion are welcome).
