Job Purpose: 1. To make powerful and successful sales presentations in different settings 2. To keep abreast with the organization's products and services 3.To crack profitable deals and referrals to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibilities: 1. Achieve stretched targets in a result-focused environment. 2. Prepare pre-sales proposals for prospective clients. 3. Deliver inspiring sales presentations to convert prospects to successful sales. 4. Handle objections and resolve member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through member meetings. 5. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities. 6. Build and maintain strong client relationships and a high level of customer service. 7. Keep updated on new products and services. 8. Provide necessary support in booking first-time holidays for new members and generate quality referrals from them. Candidate Specification: 1. Strong field sales experience (ready to work 6 days a week) 2.Strong result orientation and execution excellence 3. High energy and passion 4. High customer centricity 5. Experience in direct selling Qualification: Graduate and above
