As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, sourcing new clients, and driving business growth for our organization Responsibilities : 1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. 2. Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. 3. Identify opportunities to expand our customer base and develop positive relationships with new clients through targeted prospecting and networking efforts. 4. Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross selling our financial products and services to existing and prospective clients. 5. Stay informed about financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 6. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities. Requirements: 1. Bachelors or master’s Degree with commerce or related field. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to clients. 3. Ability to drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques and strategies. 4. Proficiency in using technology tools and platforms, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. 5. High level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, with a passion for achieving results and exceeding targets.
