Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers for liabilities products.
• Achieve branch targets across CASA, term deposits, and overall liabilities.
• Drive new-to-bank acquisition and deepen existing relationships through cross-sell.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for upgrades and retention.
• Ensure accurate KYC, documentation, and compliance with regulatory norms.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and maintain service quality standards.
• Collaborate with branch teams for seamless onboarding and portfolio expansion.
• Track portfolio performance and maintain audit-ready records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 - 7 years of experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in managing customer portfolios and liabilities sales.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to cross-sell multiple products and deliver superior customer experience.
• Familiarity with banking processes, compliance, and documentation.
• High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented.
• Certifications like AMFI/IRDA preferred.
