Job Title: Digital Sales Relationship Manager Role & Responsibilities: Engage with potential clients to acquire new Demat accounts using digital platforms and lead management systems (LMS), with a focus on following up with provided leads. Assist clients in downloading the companys mobile application and support them through the KYC process to ensure a seamless account setup. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, offering top-tier customer service while addressing any questions regarding their Demat accounts. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and uncover potential sales opportunities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Highly goal-oriented with a strong passion for sales. Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and key financial terms (such as Nifty, Sensex, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently engage clients. A polished, confident, and professional demeanor. Educational qualification: Graduate. Age range: 20 to 28 years. Working Days & Shifts: 6 days of work with rotational weekly offs. Fixed shifts from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9-hour shifts). Compensation: 17,000 to 35,000 per month (based on prior salary and interview performance). Additional incentives ranging from 3,000 to 70,000, depending on performance.
