Job Title: Relationship Manager (Digital Sales) Role & Responsibilities: Acquire new clients for Demat accounts through digital channels and LMS, focusing on the provided leads. Assist clients in downloading our mobile application and guide them through the KYC process to ensure smooth account creation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing queries about their Demat accounts. Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and identify potential sales opportunities. Preferred Candidate Profile: Target-oriented with a strong sales-driven mindset. Understanding of the stock market, Demat accounts, and basic financial terms like Nifty, Sensex, etc. Good communication skills in English, with the ability to speak and interact confidently. A presentable, confident, and professional demeanor. Educational qualification: HSC or Graduate. Any outbound sales experience or BPO sales experience is highly desirable. Age Criteria: 20 to 30 years Working Days & Shifts: 6 days of work with rotational weekly offs. Fixed shifts between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, 9-hour shifts. Salary: 17,000 to 35,000 (based on last drawn salary and interview) + Incentives (3,000 to 70,000 based on performance).
