Job Description

Role Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, students, school visitors, and external stakeholders. The role focuses on enhancing admissions, improving parent satisfaction, strengthening communication, and promoting Ashrafia Group’s educational values.

Key Responsibilities1. Parent & Student Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for parents, addressing concerns, queries, and feedback promptly.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents to ensure a smooth academic journey.
  • Assist new parents during the admission process and onboarding.

2. Admission Support & Counseling

  • Conduct counselling sessions for prospective parents and students.
  • Provide accurate information about school programs, curriculum, facilities, and policies.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and walk-ins to achieve admission targets.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate between management, teachers, and parents for smooth functioning.
  • Share updates, circulars, and important information with parents.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues related to academics, transport, fees, or discipline.

4. Event & Activity Support

  • Assist in planning and managing school events, orientations, PTMs, and outreach programs.
  • Ensure effective parent participation and engagement during activities.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain records of inquiries, admissions, feedback, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on parent interactions, admission status, and feedback trends.

6. Brand Representation

  • Represent Ashrafia Group professionally to ensure a positive reputation.
  • Promote school values, policies, and achievements to parents and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Customer-service mindset with empathy and patience.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, MIS, Emailing).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Education / Management / Communication preferred).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in school/education counseling or relationship management.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working in the education sector.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi (Urdu preferred).
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
