Communicate effectively with clients in English, Bengali, and Hindi to understand their needs and expectations. Assist in coordinating team efforts to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Demonstrate leadership by guiding team members and providing support when needed. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
