Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales (Home Loans / LAP) Department: Sales Location: Regional / Branch Office Reporting To: Branch Sales Manager Dotted Line Reporting: RO / RM Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in HL/LAP sales Qualification: Undergraduate / GraduatePurpose of Role:To achieve sales targets through various channels including direct relationships and connectors. The role involves building client relationships, processing loan files, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily client meetings and update details in the systemLead generation and conversionCollect KYC, NOI, and other documents to prepare files for sanctionCoordinate with Credit, Legal, and Technical teamsMaintain relationships with builders, connectors, and customersExecute local marketing and promotional activitiesEnsure full compliance with company policies and legal requirementsKey Skills & Competencies:Product Knowledge (Home Loan / LAP)Local Area KnowledgeUnderstanding of KYC and documentationInterpersonal and relationship management skillsCustomer orientation and assertivenessBasic MS Office proficiencyKey Performance Indicators (KRA):Lead conversion and achievement of monthly targetsTimely and accurate documentationQuality of customer service and relationship managementCompliance adherenceLead generation through marketing efforts
