Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive at our company, your role involves managing end-to-end customer interactions, which includes understanding customer needs and profiles, conducting in-depth tours of residential properties, explaining investment rationale, and following up until the sale materializes. You will also be responsible for generating possible referrals and leads from assigned Priority Channel Partner relationships and other sources. Additionally, you will track and monitor competition and latest market trends, sharing knowledge and information with the team. Meeting and exceeding daily/monthly targets for lead sourcing, call volume, and sales is essential. Timely updates on the system and submission of required reports to the reporting manager are part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this position: - Strong communication skills with a pleasing personality. - Prior experience in sales, business development, voice process, or hospitality/aviation. - Real estate experience is not mandatory. - High levels of passion and ownership.
