Job Title: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Channel Manager) Job Type: Full-time Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Delhi Experience: 2–3 years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Channel Manager) to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct sales of home loans, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive results. This role requires building strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and channel partners to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and convert them into home loan sales through direct marketing, referrals, and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other lead sources Engage with prospective customers through tele-calling, field visits, and digital channels Provide end-to-end assistance in the home loan process, including application, documentation, and coordination with internal teams Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries efficiently Ensure complete KYC and documentation compliance Monitor loan status and ensure timely disbursement Keep up-to-date with real estate and lending market trends Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports of sales performance Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Finance/Sales preferred) 2–3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in home loans or financial products Proven track record of meeting sales targets Excellent communication and relationship management skills Good understanding of home loan products, interest rates, and regulatory guidelines Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Knowledge of loan processing software is an advantage Key Skills Sales & negotiation Customer relationship management Time management & organization Problem-solving Attention to detail Work Environment Full-time position with flexible working hours Mix of in-office and field work (customer meetings, site visits) Why Join Us?
