Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Build and manage a
health-focused agency force
.
Achieve
budgeted sales targets
for Retail Health products.
Identify and onboard potential prospects as
IRDA Agents or POSPs
.
Provide
handholding, ownership, and servicing
support to advisors.
Drive
advisor activation and progression
to ensure consistent performance.
Recruit agents and generate sales through their network.
Ensure
retention of agents
by formulating structured development plans.
Address advisors
training needs
and maintain regular communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate with 26 years of experience in
insurance sales/agency development
.
Proven track record in
agent recruitment, activation, and retention
.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building a strong advisor network.
