JD for Relationship Manager:

Retaining mapped Portfolio Clients through regular interventions & proactive assessment from

commercials or issues pertaining to payments solutions in use by merchants.

Growing GMV for mapped book through exploring various opportunities for payments processing

through UPI, SMS Pay, Neo App, POS, integration, DCC, EMI etc.

Growing mapped portfolio book through installations of new terminals.

Health of existing portfolio - Transacting Terminal Base to be above threshold.

Achieving Revenue, MDAB budgets.

Achieving NPS objectives for mapped portfolio.

Exploring opportunities for helping merchants through recommendation of Cross Sell Products like

Loans, Insurance or CASA etc.

Skills & Other Qualifications :

Graduate / Postgraduate.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience banking, telecom, Insurance, financial services etc.

You have knowledge working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Have excellent organizational and time management skills.

Efficient to work with Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
