JD for Relationship Manager:

·      Retaining mapped Portfolio Clients through regular interventions & proactive assessment from

commercials or issues pertaining to payments solutions in use by merchants.

·     Growing GMV for mapped book through exploring various opportunities for payments processing

through UPI, SMS Pay, Neo App, POS, integration, DCC, EMI etc. 

·      Growing mapped portfolio book through installations of new terminals.

·      Health of existing portfolio - Transacting Terminal Base to be above threshold.

·      ⁠Achieving Revenue, MDAB budgets.

·      ⁠Achieving NPS objectives for mapped portfolio.

·      Exploring opportunities for helping merchants through recommendation of Cross Sell Products like

Loans, Insurance or CASA etc.

Skills & Other Qualifications :

·      Graduate / Postgraduate.

·      Minimum 5 years of relevant experience banking, telecom, Insurance, financial services etc.

·      You have knowledge working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.

·      Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. 

·      Have excellent organizational and time management skills.

·      Efficient to work with Microsoft Office.

·      Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
