Good communication skills English & Regional language ( Mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Achievement of premium and number of policies. Ensuring min 70% activation of the Channel Partners assigned to him. To achieve targets for the designated partner through effective sales strategies. Sales planning and training need analysis. Existing Channel partners management.
