Relationship Manager

As a Merchant Overdraft Client Acquisition Specialist, your role involves acquiring and maintaining merchant overdraft clients for the bank from the open market or through connectors while meeting assigned targets. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients have the necessary information and tools to conduct their business transactions through the bank efficiently. It is important to have a clear understanding of the legal and technical aspects of the property to ensure accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire and maintain merchant overdraft clients - Equip clients with necessary information and tools for transactions - Ensure understanding of legal and technical property aspects - Maintain relationships with acquired clients - Achieve individual targets and increase account profitability - Maintain high service standards and compliance - Utilize credit knowledge for deal structuring - Collaborate with credit, legal, technical, operations, and collections teams for customer onboarding and risk management - Manage renewals for compliant accounts and closure for non-compliant accounts Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of credit, legal, and technical aspects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet targets and drive profitability - Knowledge of risk management practices - Previous experience in client acquisition and relationship management preferred In addition to the above, the company provides benefits such as Provident Fund and a performance bonus.
