Relationship Manager - Dubai Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Growth

• Lead end-to-end sales operations for Dubai real estate projects from India.
• Drive revenue through direct sales, channel partners, and strategic marketing alliances.
• Utilize existing Dubai client relationships while expanding the buyer base across India.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams and performance agencies for quality lead generation.
• Ensure effective lead flow management, tracking, and conversion through CRM tools.
• Plan and execute events, seminars, and property showcases across major Indian metros.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI/NRI investors and key clientele.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to closure and post-sales support.
• Work closely with Dubai developers for inventory updates, new launches, and client documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  2-5 years in real estate sales; strong preference for candidates with Dubai property sales experience.
