Job Title : Relationship Manger - DSA (Executive/Sr. Executive/AM)

Department: Marketing

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi

Job Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow the Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network for

personal loans. The role involves achieving sales targets, optimizing digital processes, and maintaining

strong partnerships.

Key Requirements:

i. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing DSAs, preferably in the NBFC, banking, or fintech sectors.

ii. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Not a Gating criteria)

Skills:

a) Team Management Skills.

b) Expertise in personal loans, DSAs, Channel Management.

c) Strong knowledge of risk, legal, and compliance aspects of lending.

d) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

e) Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

f) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

g) Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology platforms for lead and partner management.
