Key Responsibilities: Call existing customers whose health subscription plans are nearing expiry. Explain the benefits of renewing their existing plans and any updated offers or upgrades. Handle objections and provide clarity on pricing, coverage, and renewal procedures. Ensure customer retention by delivering excellent support and a hassle-free renewal process. Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and renewal status in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales manager to improve pitch and conversion strategies. Follow up consistently with customers who have shown interest but haven’t renewed yet. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or inside sales (healthcare/insurance sector preferred). Fresher Can Apply Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
