Job Description

The Relationship Manager will act as a strategic partner to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact, responsible for managing relationships, resolving queries, and identifying new opportunities to support the company’s growth in the EV market. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and business partners to ensure seamless operations and support. Identify and onboard new partners to enhance the EV ecosystem. Sales and Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Provide insights into market trends and customer needs to inform product development. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective after-sales support. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track customer interactions and feedback, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. Generate periodic reports on customer satisfaction and business performance. Advocacy and Branding: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Promote the company’s vision for sustainability and innovation in the EV sector. Key Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive or EV industry. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights. Attributes: Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sustainability and innovation in the electric vehicle space.
